Who we are

This website, laminair.io, is run by the team behind Laminair, software for aircraft lease portfolio management. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question, write to info@laminair.io.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us through a form on this site:

• Book a demo: your work e-mail address.
• Contact form: your name and work e-mail address, and optionally your company, your role and the message you write.

We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include it in a message.

When you visit the site, our hosting and security provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages, protect the site and block automated abuse. We also count visits anonymously (see "Cookies and analytics").

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To answer your request and arrange a demo. Basis: taking steps at your request before a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• To keep the site secure and working. Basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site and the forms against spam and abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To understand how the site is used, in aggregate. Basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This uses no cookies and no personal profile.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, we do not sell it, and we do not add you to a newsletter.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions:

• Cloudflare — hosting, network security, the bot check on our forms (Turnstile) and cookieless visitor statistics (Web Analytics).
• Convex — stores form submissions, in a data centre in the EU (Ireland).
• Microsoft 365 — our e-mail, where the notification of a new submission arrives and where we answer your request.

Some of these providers are based in the United States or may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and the related e-mail for as long as we need them to follow up on your request, and at most 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we start working together. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies, does not use local storage and does not fingerprint or track you across sites. It only tells us how many pages were viewed, from which referring site and roughly from which country.

The bot check on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs in the background when you use a form. It looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots, and does not use them for advertising. Cloudflare describes this in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, write to info@laminair.io. We will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Security

Submissions travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and are stored with access limited to our team. Forms are protected against automated abuse.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and the date at the top.
